By using this website and ordering from the online store, you agree to these terms of use and purchase. We reserve the right to update and change all or part of these terms as necessary, so please review the current terms at any time. As long as you continue to use the website after the new changes are included, we will consider you to have accepted those changes.
Delivery and Shipping
9. The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the website, but please note that this may vary depending on the country you are in. In-stock items are usually delivered to you within 3-5 business days of order confirmation, but this is not a guarantee that delivery will occur within the estimated time. Distance, season, or temporarily limited availability of the item may mean that delivery times will take longer. If the delivery time takes longer than 30 days than stated in the order confirmation and this is not your fault, you may cancel your purchase.
10. Partial Delivery: Please note that if you have ordered multiple products, in some cases they may be delivered to you as separate shipments. This is to offer you the shortest possible delivery time.
11. The shipping cost will be indicated at checkout and will be added to the total amount before confirming your order.
12. If you intend to collect the shipment at the delivery location, you must do so within the deadline (7 days) specified in the collection notification by email. by mail or SMS. If you do not collect the parcel within the specified deadline, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250 to cover our costs.
